What we collect
Account data: your email address and a hashed password.
Quiz and test answers: your answers and results, so we can show your progress.
Usage data: which parts of the app you use and when.
AI coach messages: what you write to the coach. These messages are processed by AI providers to produce replies.
Support emails: what you write to support@cleviq.ai. These messages are processed by an AI system that sorts them and drafts replies; a person reviews every decision about your account or a payment.
Newsletter sign-ups: your email address and the time you confirmed it, kept until you unsubscribe.
Who processes it for us
We use service providers in these categories: hosting, database, email delivery, AI providers, analytics, and a payment and subscription provider. They process data only to provide their service to us. For support email we use Resend (receiving and sending), Namecheap (mailbox) and OpenRouter (AI classification and drafting, with data collection disabled).
Analytics and advertising
Analytics and advertising measurement run only with your consent. You can change your choice at any time on the Account page.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, coach messages and answers are removed immediately and the rest within 30 days. Billing records stay with our payment provider. Support emails are kept for 90 days after your request is closed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing, or complain to your data protection authority. Write to support@cleviq.ai.
