Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in Account → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself refund a payment.
Our Results Guarantee
If you followed the program and Cleviq did not help you, we will refund your first payment at your plan's regular price — the first charge after any free or paid trial or introductory-price period, or your first payment if your plan has none.
You qualify when all of the following are true: (1) you request the refund within 14 days of that payment; (2) you completed the Cleviq baseline test; (3) you completed the daily program on at least 3 different days after subscribing (days during a trial count); (4) you completed at least one course lesson or played at least one game.
We check these conditions against your activity in the app. The guarantee applies once per person.
Why the conditions
Every subscription carries real running costs from the first day: AI coaching, scoring and personalised reports are processed for you as you use the app. The guarantee is for members who gave the program a fair try; if you did not use Cleviq, please cancel instead — you will not be charged again.
What is not covered
Trial and introductory-price payments, any payment after the first regular-price one, and one-off purchases are not covered by the guarantee, except where the law requires a refund. If you have opened a dispute or chargeback with your bank for a payment, that payment is handled through the dispute and not under this guarantee.
How to ask
Write to support@cleviq.ai from the email you subscribed with. Approved refunds are made in full, in the original currency and including taxes, to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it. When a refund is approved we cancel your subscription and your access ends.
